End of Year Film
In the second year of IB, we have what's called the "Final Film". It is supposed to be our last and best production in the International Baccalaureate.
As we near the deadline every second of the day, we are trying to get as much done as possible, everyday. The due date is the 24th of February 2012, indeed, it is very close.

WAB to the MAX
This event took place in my school, WAB, and consisted two days of sport. The school owns a Tricaster (TM) system computer, which I got to operate for a short while.
After that I went on to be the ground camera man for the field. From the Tricaster (TM) booth , they put my footage on the score board screen.

What this taught me
This was my first time using the Canon HLX1, and to be honest, it was an amazing experience. Using the monopod made the camera easy to operate and carry from location to location.
For this event we (the broadcasting team) used SDI connection, from the camera to the port and then to the booth.
